Will my health insurance cover therapy?
Many insurance or benefit services will provide coverage for a registered Social Worker and/or Psychotherapist.
If you're unsure what coverage you have, connect with your benefit provider and ask.
I am an authorized provider with Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and your mental health counselling services may be covered by the government.

How long will the process take?
Your inquiry will be acknowledged within 24 hours of submission.
Consultations can occur within 1-2 weeks, based on client and therapist availability.
What if I don't feel ready?
Perhaps this is your first time speaking to a therapist. Or maybe you've had a negative experience in the past with a mental health professional which has left you feeling skeptical.
I get it - it's natural to have questions and I will do my best to work through any concerns you have before we get started.
